Key Responsibilities
Receive and process requests for changes to parts and documents
Perform accurate data entry using Product Lifecycle Management tools
Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Excel for data entry and reporting
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain attention to detail while meeting established turnaround times
Basic Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
Experience with Adobe Acrobat for document management
Familiarity with web-based applications and tools like MS Teams and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Additional Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior Experience In Data Entry Or Administrative Roles Preferred
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Duration: 3-6 months with potential for extension
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
