About The Team
The Content team is responsible for identifying, creating, licensing and integrating best-in-class unstructured and structured data that is both self-sourced and from third party content providers. The team reports to the Chief Content Officer and has strategy, product management and support responsibilities for each Content vertical. We have been experiencing a rapid growth cycle across all content sets, including the Broker Research team. We value and uphold transparency, trust and accountability in our relationships within the team and with external and internal stakeholders.
About The Role
The Product Analyst, Broker Research must have a working knowledge of investment research, including the real-time business model and client use-cases. The primary focus of this role will be connecting with broker research contributors, building relationships and working with them to implement various research related initiatives. This individual must be capable of articulating AlphaSense’s vision of the ideal broker research experience. They should be able to organize, execute, track, and report on projects with minimal supervision. Creative problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines are a must.

Base Compensation Range*: $85,000 - $105,000

Who You Are
- 3-5 years experience in financial services with a specific focus on broker research.
- Effective communication skills working with broker research contributors or end-users.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software application company experience.
- Strong analytical skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- A superior ability to set priorities, stay focused and meet deadlines.
- Solid Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Docs/Slides experience.
- Take ownership of broker entitlement projects, including outreach, product demonstrations and project tracking.
- Work with other members of the broker research team to continuously streamline the broker onboarding process.
- Build and maintain relationships with research contributors to ensure that AlphaSense is considered a trusted partner and fully integrated into their workflows.
- Collect product and workflow enhancement requests from brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Create specifications and communicate detailed requirements and user stories to the engineering teams and work in constant collaboration to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage and maintain strong new and ongoing broker and independent research relationships with key decision makers, product and technology teams at individual broker and independent research firms.
- Support AlphaSense’s research contributors by answering direct queries and being an escalation point for queries to the broader team.
- Track industry trends and deliver competitive intelligence to better evolve product vision.

- For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
