Product Analyst

Insight Global's client is seeking multiple Product Analysts to join their team in Nashville, TN. The Product Analyst plays a crucial role in the healthcare industry by evaluating data and providing insights to improve patient outcomes, enhance experiences, and reduce costs. As a product analyst in the case management group for a large healthcare organization, you will manage the support of a specific product. You will be looking at the data and writing Azure Dev Ops tickets to the board. As a Product Analyst, you’ll gather, scrutinize, and interpret healthcare data to help your organization make informed decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the accuracy of collected data and use it to drive improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate medical data from various sources to identify trends and business insights.
• Prepare status reports and create efficient record-keeping processes.
• Collaborate with end-users, clinicians, and technical teams to understand business requirements.
• Translate business needs into effective solutions related to clinical workflows, orders, charge capture, and general urgent care applications.
• Configure, implement, and maintain healthcare systems (such as EHR systems) to optimize clinical processes.
