Producer - Commercial Lines (Atlanta)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Producer for our Commercial Lines team in Atlanta. The Commercial Lines Producer will be responsible for sales, marketing, and client service in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. The Producer should have a strong knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in the field of Commercial Lines, Transportation or Group Benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Must be based in Atlanta for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business for commercial lines products, including transportation, group benefits, and other lines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and retain existing clients.
• Cross sells corporate clients property & casualty, personal insurance and benefits policies
• Cultivate relationships with partners, underwriters, and carriers.
• Serve as a technical resource on commercial lines products.
• Provide clients with exceptional customer service and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain accurate records of client activity and complete timely filing of paperwork.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience insurance sales or producer experience.
• Active P&C and/or Life & Health license
• Strong knowledge of the commercial lines insurance industry.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Competitive Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (DOE) + Commission
