Producer

This is a full-time remote role for a Producer at USI Affinity. The Producer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, marketing, and administration of insurance programs. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Producer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business goals.

• Experience in sales, marketing, and administration
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Professional certifications, such as Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), are a plus
