What is expected?

PHNX is looking for a live-show producer. This position would require technical knowledge of audio and video equipment and platforms that are utilized in livestream and pre-produced digital spaces. The ideal candidate is one who is comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite and forms of live-stream production. Day-to-day processes include setting up the studio, editing, creating graphics, and producing shows live on YouTube and various audio platforms. This is a full-time position.

Minimum requirements

·      2 years of relevant experience in a production environment

·      Fluid knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

·      Knowledge of video equipment and shooting standards

·      Self-Starter mentality

·      Understanding of live production and the flexibilities of a fast-paced environment 

·      Ability to work in a team-first atmosphere

·      Demonstrated ability to be creative and conceptualize content from start to finish

·      MUST LOVE SPORTS!!!

Schedule: Five days per week and potentially on-call for major events
