Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Consulting Manager

Leadenhall Search is collaborating with a boutique management consulting firm, specializing in strategic sourcing, procurement and spend management advisory services.

The client offers an invigorating, high-growth start up environment where junior team members interact directly with the CEO and senior team members. The company is 25 people and have had 40/45% year-on-year growth since the last 2/3 years.

The Person:

• Preferred professional experience: 5-7 years in consulting - procurement consulting and/or strategic sourcing
• Education requirement: Undergraduate degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
• Required skills include strong quantitative, problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership, project management, teamwork, and presentation abilities.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and talented individuals are sought for a fast-paced entrepreneurial professional services environment.
• Managers will primarily manage project teams delivering consulting services, supporting business development, and firm building efforts.
• Responsibilities include managing project teams, ensuring timely project delivery, developing innovative sourcing strategies, leading supplier negotiations, and fostering client and supplier relationships.
• You will need to have managerial experience or be able to manage teams of 2-4 people where project work includes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is expected.
