Job Summary
As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving value through streamlined procurement processes. Working closely with our Procurement Operations & Advancement Manager, you'll oversee supplier onboarding, catalog management, and user training to optimize our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within our operational states.
Key Responsibilities
Gain expertise in our P2P system, Coupa, serving as a go-to resource for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate on defining and refining business processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in supplier data.
Identify opportunities for process improvements using innovative technologies.
Support the implementation of new functionalities to enhance user experience.
Conduct user acceptance testing for system enhancements and provide operational support.
Assist with transactional buyer and supplier support, including training and troubleshooting.
Analyze data insights to improve process compliance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Coupa or similar procurement systems preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently while delivering high-quality customer support.
Curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or equivalent experience.
Experience with data analytics and process optimization.
