Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Manager to join our dynamic team.

As the Manager of the Supplier Support and Onboarding Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing two critical functions within our organization: supplier compliance and software support. You will lead a team of talented individuals responsible for ensuring supplier adherence to company standards and providing exceptional support for procurement technologies.

This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of both supplier management processes and software support best practices. By overseeing these critical functions, you will drive operational efficiency, promote innovation, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Job Description

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of analysts to ensure alignment with company objectives and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities to support team members in achieving their full potential. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Supplier Compliance: Oversee the supplier onboarding process, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry regulations. Implement effective strategies to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and mitigate risks associated with supplier management.

Software Support and Optimization: Manage the Procurement technology help desk team responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to internal users and external suppliers utilizing Salesforce and other applications. Drive continuous improvement of software support processes, optimize system performance, and coordinate with IT teams to address technical challenges and enhance user experience.

Process Improvement and Innovation: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and implement best practices within supplier support and onboarding functions. Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, drive process optimization, and enhance overall productivity and effectiveness.

Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier relationships, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving business growth. Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and technological advancements to inform strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and IT teams, regarding supplier support and onboarding matters. Communicate updates, escalate issues as needed, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends related to supplier compliance and software support activities. Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $102,000.00 - $120,000.00
