Responsibilities:
Provide operations procurement support for Global Services Organization (KGSO) calibration and repair customer programs, as well as adhere to compliance program processes while maximizing internal Service Logistics & Supply Chain (SLSC) efficiency.
This role supports revenue generation for client's customer service business.
You will have the opportunity to utilize your supplier management expertise to process purchase order administration in support of customer requirements.
This position reports into our KGSO repair and calibration business and supports client through innovation and operational excellence.
A successful candidate for this position will have both supply chain, quality and/or compliance experience, combined with a strong sense of urgency and accountability to exceed the business’s expectations. Including but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
- Purchase order and Interim order creation and/or management
- Working with Keysight’s factories and suppliers for order placement and expediting
- Supporting internal teams for assurance of supply, quality and compliance
- Purchase order fulfillment and reconciliation of the invoice to accounts payable
- Receiving and deploying materials and equipment
Requirements:
AA or Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Typically, 2-4 years of relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job. The successful candidate for this position will have some or all of the following skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize daily activities, handle incoming requests, emails phone calls from suppliers
- Strong quantitative data analysis skills, including proficiency in the use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
and Word
- Strong understanding of supply chain and/or negotiations is a plus
- Experience working with suppliers and interacting with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate attention to detail, analytic and consistent execution of the process protocols as
required
- Track and report progress results to team members and peers as well management when required
- Experience and proficiency using ERP and CRM systems such as Oracle or Client a plus
