    • Global process experience because of numerous countries
    • HR experience a must, technology could work as well
    • If they have some multilingual skills - could be very helpful
  • Details of role:
    • Need to work with finance, business units, if the person has financial experience that would be helpful. If they worked with software space, records management. Open to consulting background also
    • Looking for a really smart process person, make sense of messy process across 60 countries
    • Cross functional and standardized process
    • If they are comfortable with data and metrics and build processes that they can build on in dashboards and reports / google or tableau
    • Process map exp in a process mapping tool - Miro would be a big plus
    • Agile and Jira experience is the best
    • Some kind of process mapping experience and building taxonomy
    • Slide communication skills
    • When we propose changes, we need to do this at the exec level through google slides
      • Need to have strong presentation skills and have google slides experience
