Process Engineer

The Ranger Group, a leading US Engineering Solutions provider to companies across the Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device, Electronics and Industrial Manufacturing industries, is currently seeking a Process Engineer for a Contract to Hire role in the Dallas Area. This role will require work to be completed 100% Onsite.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the seamless transition of medical devices from design to manufacturing. You will leverage your technical expertise and understanding of quality principles to provide exceptional support throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of medical devices.
• Develop and implement inspection plans for quality control during production.
• Analyze product data to identify and address potential quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to quality procedures.
• Support root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality defects.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant quality standards and regulations (GMP)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• US Citizenship (required)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with technical writing and documentation control
• Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
• Experience working in a regulated environment
