Summary of Position:
In this role, you will provide organization, planning, direction, management, and reporting for projects as assigned. Complete projects on time and within budget. Coordinate with existing site personnel as needed. Work closely with many functions such as Manufacturing, Technical/Engineering, Operations, HR, and Finance. Will need to be willing to spend their first 1-3 years in the European Union to gain knowledge of the business and processes. After gaining experience, you will relocate back to the United States.
Responsibilities
Plan projects from ideation to approval to delivery.
Direct and collaborate with a team to achieve the desired goal.
Delegate work effectively.
Manage resources (people, time, cost).
Monitor progress, identify risks and potential derailers.
Manage documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a Technical field
Minimum five (5) years of experience in Manufacturing or Project Management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models
Knowledge of building and construction
Knowledge of insulation manufacturing a plus
Working knowledge of SAP a plus
Proficient in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
