Compliance and Community Relations Coordinator

The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage procedures and specifications to optimize equipment and process stability and control
  • Continual improvement programs for process performance – including quality, throughput, cost and yield
  • Work with support systems (chemical delivery, facilities, etc.) to optimize process performance
  • Defining type and use of SPC charts
  • Develop Process Specs for assigned equipment and processes
  • Assist development and qualification of new products.
  • Writing TECNs for special production/engineering requirements.
  • Support correlation and qualification efforts for new business
  • Data analysis using statistical methodologies
  • Trouble-shooting processes and equipment issues


Skills and attributes:

  • Data manipulation, analysis, and presentation (Excel, database, SQL/VB)
  • 6-Sigma Methodologies, LEAN manufacturing
  • Good problem solving skills


Experience requirement: 2+ years as Engineer in a Fab operation (preferably in Si or SiC Epi or Polish operations). Experience with epi reactor operation or epi metrology a plus.


Education requirement: BS in Engineering or related field
