Job Responsibilities

• We are currently seeking a dedicated Problem Manager to join our Global Incident and Escalation team.
• This senior position involves leading the resolution of high-severity events, analysing incidents for prevention, and enhancing our products and services through actionable insights.
• The successful candidate will be at the forefront of problem management, driving improvements across all aspects of our operations to ensure customer success.
• Manage a comprehensive reporting system to identify incident trends and prevention opportunities.
• Facilitate Post Incident Review (PIR) meetings to uncover improvement opportunities.
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent reoccurrence of incidents.
• Oversee major problem management processes, ensuring lessons are learned and applied.
• Support continuous improvement by maintaining problem management documentation and implementing feedback.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with ITSM Tooling specific to Problem Management.
