Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vice President of Private Equity to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead and execute investment strategies. The Vice President will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities, as well as driving portfolio company performance and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Sourcing: Identify and develop new investment opportunities through extensive market research, networking, and industry analysis.
  • Due Diligence: Lead and coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial modeling, valuation, industry research, and risk assessment.
  • Deal Execution: Oversee the execution of investment transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation of deals.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance to drive operational improvements, growth initiatives, and value creation.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, industry experts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed investment reports and performance updates to senior management and investors.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful investments and value creation.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal structuring abilities.
  • Ability to lead and manage complex projects and transactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
