Overview: We seek a motivated Private Equity Associate to join our team. You will evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, execute transactions, and manage portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling for potential investments.
Due Diligence: Perform market research, competitive analysis, and financial assessments.
Transaction Execution: Assist in negotiating and executing transactions, preparing investment memos.
Portfolio Management: Monitor and support portfolio companies in strategic planning and performance tracking.
Market Research: Identify new investment opportunities by staying informed about industry trends.
Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with portfolio companies and stakeholders.
Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience: 2-4 years in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or related field.
Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Attributes: Excellent communication, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
