This is an in-person role in the Buffalo/WNY area.
Responsibilities
Anticipate needs, handle special requests, and ensure exceptional service.
Work with the Executive Chef, GM, and team to ensure safety and sanitation.
Team Management: Oversee hiring, training, and leading beverage and service employees. Implement formal table service.
Maintain inventories, assist with beverage inventory, and manage POS database.
Support event planning, execution, and follow-up. Develop dining and event programs.
Provide regular performance reports.
Maintain a positive and professional presence with members.
Qualifications
5+ years of Experience in middle/upper management in a private club or hotel.
Advanced wine and food knowledge, familiarity with Jonas System or similar POS systems.
Education
Associates Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in advanced wine and food knowledge.
