Our team is adept at developing and implementing strategies that protect clients' interests, minimize taxes, and preserve business and wealth across generations.

Compensation

• Albany, NY: $195,000 to $205,000
• Long Island, NY: $235,000 to $250,000
• New York, NY: $300,000 to $335,000
• Rochester, NY: $195,000 to $205,000
  
  

This role includes a competitive benefits package and potential for additional contingent compensation based on performance, geographic location, experience, education, and other factors. The listed salary ranges reflect Nixon Peabody’s good faith estimate at this time.

Job Requirements

• Experience: The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of experience in estate planning for high-net-worth clients, including work with individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations on estate, income, and gift tax planning matters, as well as trust and estate administration.
• Education: An L.L.M. degree in taxation is beneficial, but not required. A solid foundation in gift, estate, and income tax planning is essential.
• Skills: Candidates should be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment: A commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is crucial.
