Shift Timing: 8am to 8pm EST/CST - 8hours per day M-F 7am-330p EST/CST rotating weekends
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.
Experience as a Prior Authorization Pharmacist is required.
Must have experience reviewing and processing cases.
Prior authorization experience in a retail or hospital environment will not meet requirements for this position
