Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Printing Specialist/Graphic Artist at St Pete Printing. The Printing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including print production, print design, job completion, creating customer proofs/samples, digital art creation, and print supplies inventory. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and strong technical skills. If you do not have experience working with a large-format printer we can teach you, but you must be a quick learner and willing to gain new skills. Digital art skills with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a MUST. We do test for Adobe skills as it is a vital part of this role.
Qualifications
Printing and print production skills a plus, but not required
Experience in digital design and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Problem solving skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of printing techniques and materials a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
