Job Title: Print Support Specialist Work Location: Pensacola, FL Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities :
Responsible for the daily on-site support of printer devices.
Responds to customer requests for technical support and training with the focus being on customer service.
Documents all service calls and requests into system.
Works to ensure that the service level agreements between the customer and client are achieved.
In addition, responsibilities include management of an on-site parts/consumables inventory.
Skills & Qualifications :
Manager will be seeking resumes with technical print experience and professional work history.
There is extensive lifting and walking. No more than 50 lbs. alone and If more than 50 lbs. assistance will be provided.
Limited driving will be required. If driving is required, it would be workers personal car.
Dress code is Business casual
Parking is free
There is no Covid Vax policy.
