DORN COLOR, a growing manufacturer of color sampling merchandising tools, has an immediate need for a Print Services Manager. Primary role is to profitably manage the pre-press and press departments for continuous improvement of productivity and quality while building a strong team that aligns with Dorn’s cultural values.
Preferred Experience:
Comprehensive working knowledge of Prepress with hands-on experience with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Fuji XMF workflow software experience would set you apart.
Knowledge and experience with multicolor offset printing process/industry. Heidelberg offset press experience is highly valued.
Experience with sourcing, negotiating, purchasing and coordinating print, printing paper, and other outside materials.
Ability to effectively lead, manage and develop the graphic services and print team.
Organize and coordinate all print activities so that Graphic Services is effectively integrated with Project Management and the Master Production Schedule.
Continually improve and maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
