This is an After 6:00 PM weekdays and weekend shift opportunity with the following schedule:


  • Weekdays 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (3 hours x 5 Days)
  • Saturday 7:30 am - 7:30 pm (12 hours)
  • Sunday is optional



The Lead Printing Operator in D4D EXHIBITS leads a press team to operate high-speed, multi-color printing presses. The operator is responsible for setting up and adjusting the press to reproduce high-quality trade show prints. Operators must understand ink systems well and be able to judge and interpret color balance standards. The lead printing operator will be required to manage the press efficiently and monitor, diagnose, and correct printing and mechanical-related issues.

Job Requirements


To be considered an applicant for this position you must show how you meet the basic qualifications of the job in a resume or document you upload, or by completing the work experience and education application fields.


Basic Qualifications


  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of successful experience as a Printing Operator
  • Ability to grasp, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25-50 lbs. frequently and 50 – 100 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to pass a color perception test. Testing must be on file.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Demonstrated strong mechanical skills and computer skills
  • Possess good knowledge of inks, color, and their effect in printing and attaining the correct reproduction of the product.
  • Good analytical skills to assist in making adjustments to the ink to achieve appropriate color
  • Experience with liquid inks preferred
  • Ability to problem-solve technical issues and provide recommendations
  • Self-directed and self-motivated with a proven work ethic and ability to perform under pressure to reorganize and change directions when necessary
  • Work includes overtime, as required during peak seasons
