Responsibilities:

  • Provide and/or develop unique solutions to client concerns and process improvement
  • Provide pre-sales support with clients and discuss the manufacturing capabilities
  • May assist sales with pricing/scheduling of potential business
  • Determining the supplies and paper needed for jobs
  • Assess, plan and coordinate major aspects of projects and production
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to consult with clients & production to execute plans
  • Often manages high profile, complex accounts
  • Mentor junior-level staff
  • Ensure job instructions are entered and verified in the various manufacturing systems and queued into the production schedule.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant client service / administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job
  • May provide oversight of work conducted by junior-level staff
  • Must have a working knowledge of systems such as MS Office and/or MAC, Google Suite
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
