We are seeking a quality minded, experienced Print Professional who is anxious to excel in our growing company. We expect our team to continuously develop and augment their skills to the benefit of themselves, our customers and our company.

1st shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Position Summary

This position is responsible for producing quality printed material in a timely manner.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Set up and run our 6-color press to produce quality results.
  • Complete work in a timely manner as defined by production schedules.
  • Understand requirements and ensure finished work effectively drives down stream processes.
  • Accountability for the quality of worked produced.
  • Recognize errors quickly and ensure completed work meets our quality standards.
  • The position requires innovation, compatibility, and the willingness to perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • High school or GED preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of offset press experience. Heidelberg experience required.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Mechanically inclined with large, complex machinery.
  • Work experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment required.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot immediate issues.
  • The ability to produce independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekend work as necessary.

  • Occasionally: lift 50+ lbs.
