Print Producer

Our client, a large telecommunications company in NYC, is looking for a Print Producer for an ongoing contract with a strong background in retail construction. In this position, you’ll help oversee the end-to-end execution of print projects, specializing in retail installations. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating creative concepts into tangible deliverables, ensuring seamless production, and managing the complexities inherent in retail environments. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive the successful implementation of projects while maintaining stringent quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.

This is a hybrid 40-hour/week contract position and requires 2-days onsite in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of print projects, specifically focused on retail construction.
• Identify and manage relationships with vendors, printers, and contractors to ensure timely production and installation of materials.
• Monitor project budgets, negotiate costs, and optimize expenses while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on printed materials and installations to guarantee compliance with specifications and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with creative teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate concepts into print-ready designs and oversee the production process.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during production or installation, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record (5+ years) in print production, specifically within retail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, from conception to completion, with a focus on OOH campaigns and retail.
• Proficiency in identifying, negotiating with, and managing relationships with vendors, printers, and contractors.
• Strong financial acumen in managing project budgets, optimizing costs, and resource allocation.
• Keen eye for quality assurance, ensuring that all print materials and installations meet brand standards and specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure project success.
