The Superintendent of Schools announces the following position within the Fall River Public School System:
Position: Principal – Early Childhood Elementary
Job Description: The principal will lead teachers and staff, set goals and ensure students meet their learning objectives.
The principal oversees day-to-day operations, handling disciplinary matters, manages a budget and hires teachers and
other personnel.

Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Massachusetts Certification as a Principal.
- Five years of teaching experience.
- Knowledge of Special education Law and Regulations, as well as all special education related protocols.
- Inspirational leader with demonstrated experience to lead a recognized, high performing school.
- Enthusiastic with a history of proven results.
- Serve as the administrative head of the school and, as such, have responsibility for coordination of the total resources
- Be responsible for the implementation of developmentally appropriate behavioral support systems in the school, taking
