Responsibilities
As a Project Dam Engineer at [Company Name], you will hold a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of dam projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting safety inspections, evaluations, and planning for dam projects.
Participating in the design and development of dam plans.
Preparing technical specifications and contract documents.
Overseeing construction inspection for dam projects.
Minimum Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should have the following qualifications:
B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering. M.S. or graduate-level technical coursework preferred.
Relevant experience in hydrology, hydraulics, and permitting, considered advantageous.
Technical expertise in geotechnical/foundations, structural concrete, and earth embankments.
Proficiency in AutoCAD essential.
VT or NH Professional Engineer (PE) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6-12 months.
