Kayman Recruitment is currently shortlisting for a search with a client of ours in New York (Midtown).

They’re a global specialist recruitment brand with an industry-renowned name. They currently sit at 120 heads in NY with the average recruiter there billing $300k and some of their recruiters billing $2million.

Their specialisms: Financial Services, Finance & Accounting, Risk, Underwriting & Broking, and Technology.

Their track record of success is incredible, with multiple million-dollar billers and an award-winning L&D/senior leadership team. You would join an established and warm desk with accounts to work on from day one, as they continue their growth to bring on more talent to join them and take you to the next level.
