The Position: We are looking for a Principal, to serve as the administrator of a school in developing and implementing policies, programs, and curriculum activities in a manner that promotes the educational development of each student and the professional development of each staff member.
Compensation And Benefits
The pay range we’re offering is $90,000-$110,000 annually depending (Based) on experience.

Qualifications
Master’s from an accredited 4 year University
California teaching credential/permit in special education
5 Years of special education teaching experience in non-public schools
Microsoft Office
General Office Skills
Excellent Reading and Writing Skills
Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
Ability to commute to various sites
Ability to lift 10 pounds for filing
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all school operations
Administer, supervise and coordinate all school related programs for all on-grounds students.
Recruit, supervise and evaluate all school staff.
Provide orientation and in service for all school staff.
Assist in the preparation of yearly school budget and operate within adopted budget.
Prepare and submit State Department of Education reports as required.
Administer all aspects of the Chapter 1 program.
Ensure that all students have valid IEPs.
Comply with all necessary State Department of Education guidelines, rules and applicable laws.
Provide innovative and creative instructional leadership.
Establish relationships with local school districts
Admit qualifying community children into the school program
Administer the operational aspects of the school
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment meetings
Ensure that all teachers possess all required credentials.
Meet or exceed agency goals for school growth
Actively participate in the agency’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) plan
Assume other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
