Our client is a leader in their industry and known as one of the best places to work. We seek a Pricing | Revenue Business Manager to work closely with the Ops leader and CFO.

Role : Pricing | Revenue Data Manager

Key Requirements

Outsourcing or third-party labor Industry experience is required.

  • Degree n Business, Finance, Economics, or related required.
  • Advance Degree preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis and advanced modeling
  • A high degree of experience using excel and advanced tools like Power Bi.

You will be responsible for the following;

  • Knowing all business models related to respective programs.
  • The design proposed programs, through collaboration with operational and functional leaders, in support of business development efforts.
  • Build coverage(staffing ) models based on geographical focus points (typically store lists) to size programs and maximize customer ROI.
  • Develop proposed pricing structures for proposals that meet customer requirements, enhance chances of closing sales, maximize margins, and can be supported by the billing team.
  • Create pricing models that represent program design, incorporate all materials costs, and achieve an agreed-upon margin.
  • Create SOW language and tables that ensure clarity on pricing and protect the company from unexpected costs and revenue loss.
  • Distill critical operational metrics, along with targets, that drive business case attainment and socialize across organizations
  • Maintain business models for existing programs to understand margin variances and support proposals for new and expanded programs.
  • Develop and maintain pricing calculators and coverage modeling tools that can be used self-service by sales and operational leaders.
  • Review program designs and proposed pricing for smaller programs as created by Client team to ensure operational effectiveness, alignment with company strategies, and margin projection accuracy.
  • Support program leaders and finance in ad-hoc analysis of their programs relating to organizational restructuring, compensation plans, and target setting
