What You'll Do
As our Remote Pricing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the pricing strategy for our Air Distribution Technologies business globally. This dynamic position offers substantial growth opportunities and the chance to make a significant impact. Key responsibilities include:
Gathering and synthesizing market intelligence to develop actionable pricing strategies
Refining pricing tactics to maximize value capture
Collaborating with sales and finance teams to implement effective action plans
Monitoring metrics and dashboards to assess strategy effectiveness
Managing and optimizing pricing tools for efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Minimum 10 Years' Experience In Pricing
Strong analytical skills with comfort in financial data management
Ability to influence and gain commitment from internal stakeholders
Excellent cross-functional leadership abilities
Proficiency in SQL and working with various database platforms, both on-premise and in the cloud
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Additional knowledge in sales, marketing, finance, or product development is advantageous
