As a Lithography Pressman (also known as Lithography Technician, Lithographic Printer), you'll oversee various lithography-related projects, ensuring they meet both internal and external client expectations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to meet all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Additionally, you'll provide technical support to the lithography production line, improving efficiencies, supporting operators, coordinating problem-solving efforts, and serving as a technical resource for the production infrastructure.

Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
Experience maintaining motor controls, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Extensive knowledge of lithographic processes and techniques.
Knowledge of printing press operations and workflow.
Ability to train apprentice printers in the principles, concepts, procedures and techniques of lithography.
General knowledge of basic accessing information on the computer or entering data in a computer system.
Ability to operate and maintain lithographic presses and equipment.
