We are seeking a skilled Punch Press Operator to join our first-shift team. This vital role is instrumental in upholding our reputation for high-quality manufacturing by operating punch presses to shape, trim, punch, or crimp materials. Job Responsibilities:

• Operate punch press machines for tasks such as trimming, punching, shaping, or crimping materials.
• Assemble, install, and align dies in press according to specifications.
• Use visual inspections or gauges/templates to ensure workpiece conformance to specifications, adjusting machines as necessary.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform regular lubrication for optimal operation.
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for machine operation or general labor.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Proven ability to work effectively under time constraints.
• Self-disciplined with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Strong commitment to safety management principles.
