Press Operator Assistant OpSource has partnered with a local packaging company located in Spartanburg, SC. This position is temp-perm with eligibility to be hired on after 60 days.
Pay for the position: $14.00 Shifts for the position: 1 st shift
5am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri and 5am - 1:30pm Sat.
Job requirements for the position may include: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of converting machinery in accordance with customer approved specifications.
Responsible for all quality requirements in accordance with customer approved specifications.
Responsible for all safety policies and procedures. Responsible for providing support to the machine operator and crew. The position covers the following machines: Rotary Die Cutter, One Cut Die Cutter, Flexo Folder Gluer, Post Folder Gluer, Jumbo and Automatan. Qualifications for the position: Must have good mathematical skills. Must have good analytical skills.
Must have strong mechanical abilities. Must be able to work in an industrial warehouse setting with no heat or A/C. Must be able to stand on concrete floors for the entirety of the shift wearing steel toes. Must have your own reliable transportation. The ability to read a tape measure is a strong plus.
