Role Overview
Mosaic Puzzles is looking for a detail driven president to oversee strategy, design, marketing, manufacturing, new product development, customer support, and general management.
Role Responsibilities
Take the lead across all aspects of the company (Marketing, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Design, Business operations, Strategy, New product development, and Customer Support)
Manage the P&L and hit growth and profitability targets
Ability to grow and wear multiple hats in a fast moving startup
Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
Skills:
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
Strong cost benefit analysis and financial literacy
Clear communication abilities
Adaptable self-starter comfortable working in a fast paced work environment
Qualifications
7+ years' of management experience
10+ years of working professional experience
Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
Preferably a CPG background
Compensation
Salary: $125k
Bonus: Based on performance targets
Total compensation: $150k-$300k
