Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Team Development: Mentor and develop the leadership team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Financial Oversight: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role within the commercial mechanical construction industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HVAC, chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems. Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

Local and Stable Work History: Demonstrated stability and success in previous roles within the local market.
