The President will be the highest-ranking executive in the company, responsible for the overall success and strategic direction of our client's corporation. This individual will work closely with the board of directors to set long-term goals, ensure sustainable growth, and represent the company in various capacities. They will work alongside other leaders to execute on these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term goals in alignment with the board of directors.
Governance: Collaborate with the board of directors to shape the company's policies and strategies. Report on organizational performance and strategic initiatives.
Financial Oversight: Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and investor relations. Ensure profitability and cost control.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Expand the company's customer base and product offerings.
External Representation: Act as the primary spokesperson for the company. Represent Excelta at industry events, public forums, and in media relations.
Organizational Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor the executive team. Foster a positive and inclusive corporate culture.
Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation in products and processes to maintain a competitive edge. Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies. Manage risks effectively and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of executive management experience, including 5+ years in a CEO or similar top executive role in manufacturing.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving organizational success. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. Ability to drive long-term growth and profitability.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.

$200,000-285,000 base salary with bonus and incentive compensation
