Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Center Director at YWCA South Florida located in Miami, FL. The Preschool Center Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool center, including curriculum development, education planning, and budgeting. The director will also ensure the center meets all state and federal guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in curriculum development, early childhood education, and kindergarten
Strong understanding of educational principles and practices
Excellent leadership and management skills
Budgeting and financial management skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, parents, and community partners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of state and federal regulations for preschool centers
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Directors Credential is needed
