Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Prepress and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of prepress and print production processes, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality print materials.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare print-ready files for various marketing and communication materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging.
  • Review and correct digital proofs to ensure accuracy and adherence to client guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of prepress and print production processes, including file formats, color management, and printing specifications.
  • Troubleshoot printing errors and ensure that final products meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience in prepress, graphic design, or similar
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of prepress and print production processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Quite Imposing, XMPie, and Fusion Pro is a plus

“The pay range for this position starts at $25/hr., however, base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
