Primary responsibilities of the Practice Operations Administrator will be to provide direction and management of Practice Managers of physician practices, productivity management, growth and new service line development. Serves as a leader within the Physician Practices and oversees a variety of clinics, staff and administrative duties. Supports operation of the organization and supervises all staff. Helps VP or Physician Services to develop organizational strategic plans and objectives based upon identified needs of patients and the overall market stability.
