They provide cross-functional leadership to drive successful merger and acquisition integration and portfolio company on-boarding. They also deliver best practice solutions across the office of the CFO, providing interim management and financial transformation services to optimize accounting transaction processing and financial reporting.
About the Role:
As a Practice Lead/ Managing Director, you will lead critical client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and fostering strong client relationships at the executive level. You will play a pivotal role in guiding teams, overseeing performance, and driving strategic initiatives alongside the Managing Partner. This position offers the opportunity to influence and enhance our firm's strategy while directly contributing to client success through comprehensive CFO advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery: Lead and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Utilize strong financial modeling skills and executive presence to engage effectively with C-level clients.
Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand client scope and foster long-term relationships. Contribute to social media content and networking efforts to enhance firm visibility and business development.
Practice Development: Lead initiatives to improve My Client's methodologies, recruit top talent, and enhance operational efficiency through technology adoption.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 15 years in financial advisory roles, with significant experience advising Private Equity-backed portfolio companies.
Skills: Expertise in financial reporting, operational accounting, and M&A integrations. Strong project management skills and proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance; professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CMA, etc.) preferred.
