The Practices houses 14 providers, and has offices in Concord, Cambridge, and Waltham. We specialize in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, offering a comprehensive range of services to meet the diverse needs of our community. Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Practice Administrator to lead our thriving practice. The person will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of the organization. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for advancing dermatological care.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, healthcare providers, and community partners.
  • Lead efforts to expand services, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance the practice’s reputation in the community.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the executive team and staff, promoting professional development and high performance.

  • Key Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 8 years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on dermatology or a related field.
    • Proven track record of strategic planning and successful implementation.
    • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management.
    • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
    • Advanced degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (MBA, MHA, etc.) preferred.
