Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to become a valuable part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. A key objective of this role is to generate leads for jewelry stores and boost e-commerce sales for jewelry websites. The role also includes managing campaigns on other platforms like Pinterest, Bing, Criteo, and Groundtruth for GeoFencing as they arise.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns primarily on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and occasionally other platforms including Pinterest, Bing, Criteo, and Groundtruth for GeoFencing.
Implement advertising strategies tailored to the unique needs and characteristics of the jewelry industry, focusing on lead generation for physical stores and e-commerce sales for online businesses.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance ROI.
Conduct extensive keyword research, bid management, and ad copy testing for optimizing campaigns.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging and visually striking ads.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Manage over 50+ accounts simultaneously: Keep track of numerous projects and ensure all deadlines are met with precision.
Craft compelling ad copy: Utilize your creative writing skills to develop engaging and effective advertisements.
Client Interaction: Spend a portion of your time interacting directly with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Google Ads certification and Meta Ads Blueprint certification preferred.
Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns to meet objectives, including lead generation and e-commerce sales.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analytics tools.
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Tracking Code Installation.
Comprehensive understanding of the jewelry industry and its specific digital marketing needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Capable of working efficiently in both team-based and independent scenarios.
