Summary (Major Purpose Of The Role)
In compliance with applicable regulations, the Post Market Surveillance Analyst is responsible for supporting the complaint handling system through the timely assessment, processing, distribution of information, and communication of alleged product quality defects for all medical devices within the scope of Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare.
Main Activities/Responsibilities
Manage all received complaints to promptly identify potentially expedited quality/compliance issues.
Record and enter quality complaint information accurately.
Determine whether a complaint requires investigation or should be recorded for trending purposes only.
Effectively communicate with customers and provide feedback on complaints.
Retrieve complaint samples for evaluation when necessary.
Complete daily workload while maintaining consistent, high-quality work and compliance with established procedures and timelines.
Contact reporters as necessary to gather additional complaint information to ensure thorough evaluation of alleged complaints.

This position will directly report to the Post Market Surveillance Supervisor
Education And Experience
BS degree in Life Sciences or related certifications preferred.
1 year of experience in the medical field industry preferred.
Ability to quickly learn Drive's complaints management systems.
Ability to understand how Quality processes relate to incidents and complaints, including their interface with FDA eMDR reporting requirements.
