Are you a highly-organized professional that wants to work remotely?

Our growing law firm needs a highly-organized legal administrative assistant to serve as our Post-Judgment Investigator. In this position, you will be in charge of assisting our paralegals and attorneys in collecting money judgments awarded to firm clients, and communicating with clients, courts and other external contacts.

Do you like organization and efficiency?

If so, you will whiz through your daily tasks and help the firm further develop and streamline our administrative processes to further assist us in providing fast, high-touch service to our clients. Our staff values speed and accuracy over absolute perfection.

What does the Post-Judgment Specialist do?

From your home, and with access to our firm's technology suite, you will work hand and glove with our paralegal staff to investigate judgment debtors, perform asset searches, obtain and review bank records and other asset records, and develop post-judgment collection strategies. Each day, you will review cases, investigate judgment defendants, locate assets, draft legal documents, send out professional follow-up emails on behalf of the firm and report responses to our paralegal and attorney staff. You will become a specialist in post-judgment enforcement in Florida, Georgia and other states.

Are you hardworking?

We only have hard workers who love what we do join our firm. If you are self-motivated, you are just the type of person we want to be part of our team.

What do I need to have for the JPI position?

A computer, high-speed internet and a cell phone.

Summary

This remote/virtual position is a vital part of our team. If you are a highly-organized and efficient person, this is an opportunity for you to make a big impact on the success of our legal business.
