Post Harvest Trimmer

Spark1 in Missoula is searching for multiple trimmers to join our Post Harvest team! This position supports and assists the Post Harvest Manager to facilitate the post harvest production process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

● Duties performed include the trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling.

● Assist with proper cannabis care/tend to the bins i.e flip, open/ close, add Bovedas etc

● Support maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis products and packaging

to ensure consistency in product standards; ensuring labeling and product counts are

accurate.

● Assisting in the loading, unloading, and inventory of cannabis packaging, supplies and

materials.

● Create and apply labeling in accordance with product information, testing results, and other

required information.

● Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

● Effectively communicate any issues with the post harvest manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

● Strong attention to detail

● Ability to work independently

● Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy

● Willingness to learn and follow directions

● Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
