Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Expedite the clearing and curing of loan document deficiencies.
Confirm, communicate, and clear salability issues on closed loans, for sale on the Secondary Market, in a timely manner.
Track pipeline for funded loans ready for investor delivery.
Review, package and ship required loan documents to Investors for purchase review: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other Government Agencies and Private Investors.
Insure loans with FHA, VA and USDA.
Perform daily reporting on status of shipped loans and update loan origination system to ensure accurate daily reports.
Prepare and send correspondence, including goodbye letters to customers once loans are sold to Investors.
Two (2) years of professional office experience and one (1) year of mortgage experience preferred but not required.
Ability to build rapport with clients
