Job Description:
Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single family real estate. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $70MM per month. DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Post Closing Processor to join our growing team.
As a Post-Closing Processor for DFS you will have the opportunity to stand out and make an impact on a fast-paced and efficient team. You will do this by helping to ensure that all loans we fund are fully complete, accurate, and meet Dominion’s standards.

- Create and record assignments of mortgage
- Track & clear post-closing exceptions
- Upload information to secondary market buyers and warehouse lenders
- Document loan packages to custodians
- Clear Exceptions
- Coordinate with team members remotely
- 2+ years of title and/or mortgage experience
- Knowledge of common finance / accounting / administrative practices
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
- Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products
- Real estate knowledge is a plus
- Applicants must be detailed oriented
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
